Adventures with Anxiety online is Nicky Case's interactive story about fear, self-protection, and learning to live with difficult emotions. Instead of playing the human, you become their anxiety: a loud red wolf that predicts danger, interrupts decisions, and tries to keep its person safe even when its warnings make life harder.
